James J. Keil has been a director of NeoMedia since August 6, 1996. Mr. Keil is currently a member and chairman of the compensation committee, the stock option committee and the audit committee. He is the founder and president of Keil & Keil Associates, a business and marketing consulting firm located in Washington DC, specializing in executive recruiting and e-commerce technology projects.
Prior to forming Keil & Keil Associates in April of 1990, Mr. Keil worked for Xerox and IBM corporation for 38 years. From 1989-1995, Mr. Keil was on the board of directors of Elixir Technologies Corporation (a non-public corporation), and its chairman for two years. Mr. Keil served on the board of directors of Document Sciences Corporation, a wholly-owned Xerox subsidiary.
Laura Marriott brings a wealth of expertise in mobile marketing to NeoMedia. Marriott is the former President of the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) where she was responsible for guiding all MMA intiatives and communications for the 650+ world-wide member representing the mobile media ecosystem. In 2008, Marriott was named one of the industry’s Top 10 Women in Wireless by FierceMarkets.
