Al Hazem hold NEOM S.C. to a draw in the Roshn Saudi League

NEOM, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – Aprill 28, 2026 – A 1–1 draw was played out between NEOM S.C. and their visitors Al Hazem in Round 30 of the Rohsn Saudi League, in a match held at King Khalid Sports City Stadium in Tabuk.

With this result, NEOM S.C. move up to 40 points, maintaining 8th place in the league standings.

Head coach Christophe Galtier started the match with Marcin Bulka in goal, supported by Abdulmalik Al Oyayari, Khalifah Al Dawsari, Nathan Zézé, and Faris Abdi in defense. NEOM S.C. remained the stronger side, while Al Hazem’s most dangerous chance came in the 35th minute through Omar Al Somah, whose effort was brilliantly saved by Marcin Bulka.

NEOM S.C. were awarded a penalty in stoppage time after a foul on Rayane Messi. Alexandre Lacazette stepped up, but his shot went just wide of the left post, leaving the score 1–0 at halftime.

Second Half

NEOM S.C. started the second half brightly, with Rayane Messi forcing a save from Ibrahim Zayed following a precise pass from Benrahma. Another chance came in the 54th minute through Lacazette, but again the Al Hazem goalkeeper denied him.

Galtier made several substitutions to boost NEOM S.C.'s attack, but without success, aside from a late chance by Luciano Rodríguez in the 87th minute, which was saved by Ibrahim Zayed.
