With Lacazette's goal, NEOM S.C. beat Al Riyadh

NEOM S.C. secured a valuable victory over their guests Al Riyadh with a 1–0 win in the match held on Wednesday evening at King Khalid Sports City Stadium in Tabuk, as part of Round 21 of the Roshn Saudi League.

NEOM S.C. head coach Christophe Galtier started the match with a lineup consisting of Luís Maximiano in goal, with a back four of Khalifa Al Dawsari, Ahmed Hegazi, Nathan Zézé, and Faris Abdi. In midfield, Amadou Koné featured alongside team captain Salman Al Faraj, Said Benrahma, and Abdulaziz Noor, while the attack was led by French striker Alexandre Lacazette alongside Luciano Rodríguez.

Despite NEOM S.C.’s strong dominance in the first half and creating several clear chances in front of Al Riyadh’s goal, both teams went into the break level at 0–0.

In the second half, NEOM S.C. intensified their attacking pressure in search of the opening goal, and Lacazette delivered in the 55th minute, scoring the decisive goal. NEOM S.C. successfully held on to their lead until the final whistle.

With this result, NEOM S.C. raised their tally to 28 points, moving up to eighth place, while Al Riyadh remained in 16th position with 12 points
