Rayan oversees NEOM’s core corporate functions including the NEOM Investment Office. He was previously the managing director and CEO of Banque Saudi Fransi and CEO of Savola Group. Rayan also sits on a number of presitage boards and holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Denis oversees development of real estate and infrastructure at NEOM. With global experience, including senior leadership roles at Lendlease, he combines vision and execution to focus on delivering transformative large-scale projects.

Dr Manar Al MoneefDr Manar Al MoneefChief Investment Officer, NEOM
Dr Manar Al Moneef, NEOM’s Chief Investment Officer, oversees the NEOM Investment Office, the representative body responsible for attracting capital, identifying business opportunities and building partnerships. Previously, she served as President and CEO of GE Renewable Energy and held senior leadership roles across energy and healthcare. Dr Manar holds an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School and PhD from the University of Leicester.
