Oxagon is building a competitive ecosystem for renewable‑energy manufacturing and AI‑driven industries with pre‑zoned industrial land, scalable infrastructure, at‑scale competitive energy resources, and a strong digital backbone. A cooler coastal climate reduces baseline energy demand, while an operational port and multimodal logistics streamline import and export flows. Integrated communities reinforce workforce productivity and long‑term industrial growth.

Port connectivity and logistics
Port of NEOM strengthens Oxagon’s position at the crossroads of global trade. Operational since 2022, the port handles container cargo, warehousing, breakbulk, project cargo, and ferry services, supported by multimodal corridors that enhance regional and international connectivity. With a current capacity of 250,000 TEUs and a major expansion underway, the port is planned to reach 1.5 million TEUs by 2030, with phased openings of its advanced container terminal commencing from 2027.
INTEGRATED COMMUNITIES
Oxagon combines industrial capability with a growing livability offering. Functional communities are already operational supporting workforce productivity and quality of life, with Oxagon Hive already housing residents and tenants. With operational foodhalls, sports and wellness facilities, a school and more - Oxagon Hive offers capacity for up to 2,400 people, alongside commercial spaces.
