In 2023, NEOM and CARE's, a global food sustainability platform founded by Italian Michelin star chef Norbert Niederkofler, joined forces to drive food innovation and talent development in Saudi Arabia.

CHEFS CAMPS
The NEOM x CARE’s Academy is designed to identify, nurture and train the future generation of Saudi chefs. Through its ongoing chefs camps, members of the academy have the opportunity to learn how to work with local ingredients, approach their culinary development with a sustainable lens and explore new techniques under the direction of chef Norbert Niederkofler and his team.

MASTERCLASSES
The partnership hosts immersive masterclasses, delving into the intricacies of ingredients, recipes, culinary artistry and advanced cooking techniques. These sessions are designed to empower the new wave of Saudi Arabian chefs and inspire them to be catalysts for positive change.
